RK754 intends for MIG/MAG welding of a convector with a corps of thermostat and a bypass or another machine components.

    RK754 consists of:

  3. two-position rotator "Grill";
  4. two rotators;
  5. welding equipment of Fronius, Austria:
    • power source TPS2700,
    • cooling system,
    • gas apparatus;
  6. welding equipment of A.Binzel, Germany:
    • welding torch with liquid cooling,
    • device of the torch protection from the breakage,
    • device of the torch automatic rectification and lubrication;
  7. assembly fixtures for welding;
  8. operator's console;
  9. platform and columns for the placement of the robot and rotators;
  10. safety system.

    Peculiarities:
  1. In the robotic system is implemented a process of the welding in one position with simultaneous loading-unloading of workpieces in an another position.
  2. "Grill" is equipped with two rotators that turns the detail in four positions.
  3. The robot system completed with removable assembly fixtures.
  4. The system is completed as a cell that protects staff from detrimental effects of welding arc and foul gases. For safety it consists of optical safety fence.
