A machine AS336 for MIG/MAG welding of longitudinal seams of flame tubes.

    AS336 intends for automatic MIG/MAG welding of longitudinal joints of tubes (flame tubes) from low-alloyed steels by the length up to 500 mm with the thickness 1.2 - 3.0 mm.

    AS336 consists of:
  1. Platform;
  2. Column with a mechanism of a inclination;
  3. Mechanism of longitudinal moving of the torch;
  4. Mechanism of torch raising with a manual corrector of its position;
  5. Assembly adjustment with fast-acting fixers;
  6. Swing-out mechanism of the adjustment;
  7. Protective shield;
  8. Control system;
  9. Operating console;
  10. Set of welding equipment;
  11. Cooling system;
  12. Pneumoapparatus.

    AS327 peculiarities:
  1. Programmed control all mechanisms and devices of the machine, as well as diagnostics of their condition, is realized by a controller.
  2. Base program ensures: moving the torch in the welding start position, starting of the arc, delay of moving the torch for shaping a puddle, moving the torch with necessary speed, crater welding, raising of the torch and returning it on march speed in the source position, turn the assembly adjustment, repetitive cycle of welding of the second seam.
  3. Continuous adjustment of welding parameters.
