Rotator AS405 of oversized products

Rotator AS405 intends for work as a part of welding equipment for fixing and positioning the parts to be welded during MIG / MAG welding.

AS405 can operate as a tilting device with the latter rotating in 3 fixed positions or as a welding rotator with continuous rotation of the work piece.

The basic version of the tilter is designed to tilt the door frame of the wind generator with dimensions:
- length 3170 - 4000 mm;
- width 1120-1740 mm;
- height 250 - 402 mm;
- the thickness of the frame (shell) strip is 30 - 100 mm.
Product weight up to 2000 kg.
