Machine AS375 for automatic surfacing of cylindrical and conical surfaces

Machine AS375 intends for automatic surfacing of cylindrical and conical surfaces of products up to 600 mm long, diameter - 40… 300 mm. The maximum weight of the product is 125 kg.

The deposited materials: carbon and alloy steels, copper and other alloys.

Welding method - MIG/MAG-welding with solid or flux-cored wire.

Surfacing is carried out in a spiral or in steps with an adjustable speed, both without and with oscillations, as well as with a ring with sequential movement of the torch along the axis and rotation of the product by the deposition step.

Surfacing is possible with one or simultaneously with two torches.
